- The IP address the request came from, kept only to prevent abuse of the form

Why we are allowed to use it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer you and prepare the quote you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form or when you write to us, together with the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.
Who else sees it
To carry out the service you request, the necessary details may be passed to the cleaning professionals assigned to your property. They receive only what they need in order to do the work.
Our website and email are hosted by Raiola Networks S.L. in Spain, which acts as a data processor. Messages sent through WhatsApp also pass through WhatsApp Ireland Limited under their own terms. Anonymous visit statistics are produced by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no visitor profiles.
The details you send us are not transferred outside the European Economic Area. The anonymous visit statistics are handled by Cloudflare, a company based outside the EEA, under the safeguards required by the GDPR; those statistics identify no one.
Cookies and statistics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is nothing here that follows you to other sites. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Visit statistics, where used, are collected without cookies and without storing anything on your device. They tell us how many people read a page, not who those people are.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted within one year. Where a service is provided, the related records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to its use, ask us to restrict it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@marbelladone.es and say what you want; we do not require a particular form of words.
Withdrawing consent is just as easy as giving it, and does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
