Commercial cleaning is a different job from cleaning a home. The spaces are larger, the surfaces take far heavier use, and the work usually has to happen when nobody is there. A reception floor that a hundred people cross every day is not the same problem as a hallway at home, and it is not solved with the same routine.
The coast adds its own difficulties. Sand travels indoors on shoes all year round, salt air leaves a film on glass and metal fittings, and premises that stand quiet through a slow season need bringing back properly before they reopen. Any commercial schedule here has to allow for that.

How it works

Once you are happy, cleaning is scheduled around your opening hours, and you have one contact for everything, from the first quote onwards.
Most premises settle into a fixed weekly pattern, though the frequency is entirely up to you: some spaces need attention every day, others a thorough visit once a week. Extra work can be added on top when it is needed, such as interior glass, upholstery, or a full reset before a busy period starts.
