How much does a cleaning service cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the type of clean. Send us the details: size, number of bathrooms and what needs attention. We come back with a quote as soon as possible. It is free and there is no obligation.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole coast from Estepona to Málaga, including Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Elviria, Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Torremolinos.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients arrange access with a key or an access code, in whatever way suits them best.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, products and equipment are brought along. If you prefer specific products on particular surfaces, tell us and it will be arranged.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use eco-friendly products as standard. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities and we will adjust.
Is it the same cleaner every time?
That depends on the schedule and the property. What never changes is the standard: the scope of each clean is agreed in advance and followed every time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Just get in touch as early as you can and the visit is moved to a time that suits you.
How far in advance should I book?
For regular cleaning, about a week. For deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, two weeks is safer, especially in summer.
